If we receive your order before 2pm (Mon – Fri) and the items you have ordered are in stock, we will normally despatch the same day. This may be extended during very busy periods. Regular delivery is by Parcleforce 24-48 hour service (for mainland UK). For orders to mainland Europe (EU) and further afield, we may use an alternative carrier. All deliveries require a signature.
For all deliveries to the UK and Ireland, carriage costs are free of charge for bikes and for parts & accessories ordered at the same time as a bike.
We are currently not aware of any restrictions to where we can deliver, other than known war zones and countries that do not accept imported goods from the UK. However, this is subject to change as we are reliant on our carrier's own policies in respect of delivery into certain countries/areas. If you would like to have goods delivered to a country that you believe may have restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

Prices quoted are for a maximum of 2 cartons per order (or a maximum weight of 40kg) for zones 1 to 5. For all other areas, the delivery charge covers one carton (or a maximum weight of 20kg) - this is approximately one bike plus a few small accessories.
Larger deliveries will be priced by quotation. Charges are for delivery to one address in one consignment. |
